We take pride in crafting each piece of jewelry that is made. With that in mind our current production time is 2-5 working days before it will be shipped.
Production time does not include USPS in transit times.
When your order is ready to be shipped you will get a confirmation email followed by tracking letting you know your order is on its way!
Our primary shipping class service is USPS Ground Advantage for domestic orders.
We charge a $5 flat rate for this shipping service.

USPS Ground Advantage - Arrives 2-5 business days.
Due to mail order delays in some regions, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Please note once packages have left Made by Nakita Jewelry studio we are no longer responsible for receipt times, delays, or lost/stolen packages.
However, if your jewelry becomes missing, lost, stolen or marked as delivered we will do our best to address any issues with the carrier on your behalf.

Orders placed outside the US are shipped USPS First Class International with a transit time of 6-10 business days.
International customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping. Please refer to your local custom agency to determine the fee structure.

If you would like for your package to be expedited we offer UPS Second Day Air with a delivery of 2 days.

If you wish to have your package insured, please select the insurance option during checkout to cover lost/stolen jewelry or damages incurred upon receipt.
Fine Jewelry - With the value of fine jewelry, we highly recommend purchasing insurance to ensure complete protection for your jewelry.
Insurance is provided through Shipstation ParcelGuard, which covers the replacement of the jewelry purchased through Made by Nakita.
Domestic: USPS Ground + Insurance fee is $7.
International: Please reach out to us for rates. ParcelGuard cannot insure shipments to all international destinations.
For jewelry over $500 a signature confirmation is required upon delivery.
If you need to submit a claim through ParcelGuard, we will handle that process for you.

We stand behind our work of creating well-crafted handmade adornments and happy to offer you a 90 day warranty for repairs. This includes loose clasps, broken jump rings, resizing of rings, reattachment of ear post and restringing of beads.

Mail your jewelry to us and will repair the damage piece as soon as possible.

If your package arrives damaged due to mishandling by the carrier (such as broken or missing items), please contact us right away and let us know the extent of the damage.
MBN Jewelry is not liable for reimbursement related to lost/stolen packages, missing or damaged items however we will review your case and determine if we can issue a replacement or store credit for your damaged or missing jewelry if no action was taken by the carrier.

If you reside in the Atlanta area and would like to pick up your order locally you can select “Store pickup at Made by Nakita Studio” at checkout.
When your order is ready you will get a confirmation email along with the pickup address.
No shipping fees will be applied during checkout.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our simple returns/exchange customer portal makes it EASY!
We accept refunds / exchanges within 10 business days from the receipt of package.
*Our store assumes no responsibility for issuing a store credit if it’s beyond the 10 days.
General Return/ Exchange Information:
Our return labels are issued for USPS Parcel Select Ground shipping service.
The return label fee is $5, which will be subtracted from your refund.
You also can purchase the return label independently at your nearby USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. Let us know which method you will be using when you contact us.
For an exchange the return label is free of charge.
Upon receipt of your return we will issue a refund. A notification will be sent letting you know your refund has been processed.
In case of an exchange, if there is a difference in the amount we will credit / debit your account accordingly. We will inform you of the adjusted amount.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund will go back to the original form of payment.
Depending on your banking institution please allow up to 3-5 business days for your account to be credited.

After we discussed your return, enter your order number and zip code in the start return link and answer the questions on the form.
Print and affix return label. If you are not using our pre-printed return label take jewelry package to your local USPS/UPS/FedEx store.
